Terms of Service

Please read carefully before commissioning me.
Not respecting the rules are automatically declined.

General Rules

● I accept commissions by first come, first serve.● There is no true deadline, but I can usually finish it between 2 (two) to six (6) weeks. If a shorter deadline is required (eg: gift), an additional charge may be added; about 20% of the total price of the ordered piece.● I do not work with descriptive designs. You must send me a full reference image unless you have a visual representation example but have descriptive other details.● Difficult designs may need more time and have an extra charge.● I reserve the right to use your commission as example work in my portfolio, or for future examples of commission works.● I will be the one to send you the progress. I usually send the rough sketch first.● All commissioned pieces are sent privately by e-mail, with and without my signature. Some may be posted on my social media but only fully watermarked.● If you want to post the commissioned piece on your social media, kindly directly credit me and use the watermark version.● All inquiries are preferably in my commission form or email, but direct messaging on any social media I have is fine.● My YCH ("your character here") commissions are usually cheaper because the pose and background are already made. Please look at my YCH page for more information.● NSFW extra rules are on the same page as my NSFW commission sheet.● I have the right to refuse any type of commission without stating any of my reasoning.

Payment details

● Payments are 100% upfront.● Only applied for larger pieces such as renders: If you cannot pay the 100% for x reasons, 50% must be paid at the first sketch and the other half will be paid once the sketch is accepted.● All payments are sent by invoice via Paypal. USD conversion will be made by Paypal services.● There will be no refunds once the sketch is accepted.● If I haven't started on the work yet, refunds can be made. If there were fees, I will not pay for them as I will refund what I have received.● If I have to cancel a commission for any reason, private or not, I will fully refund. You may keep the sketch if it is started.
